Heinz-Peter Röhr has been working for more than thirty years as a therapist on the clinic for addictions in Fredeburg, Germany. By education he is a social worker and on the websites of the clinic he is presented as a therapist, not a psychotherapist. The websites of the author http://hproehr.de/ may be quite interesting for those who speak German; the author writes there that he is interested in bibliotherapy and his books are contributions to this therapy. Röhr is an author of more than fourteen popular science books. The review of the book focuses more on the above mentioned bibliotherapy and on its implications for eclectic psychotherapy.
