New revised edition of a renowned undergraduate and graduate handbook that was first published in 2000 (2nd edition in 2002). Giving reason for the new edition, the author states that it was because „its content was in large extent surmounted by scientific development“. This may be, perhaps, a slightly too harsh statement but on the other hand, it shows how the author care about the discipline, students, practitioners and academics. His dedication bears a realistic advice: „The book is demanding, its text is ´dense´ and its reading is difficult.“
