This book aspires to not an easy task – to map comprehensively all problems related to mental handicaps from different points of view, such as the diagnostics, the education or the law system. Simultaneously it offers a new perspective of an interdisciplinary cooperation and a new attitude to the diagnostics and care for mentally disabled persons.
