As the title says, the reviewed book is meant for a broad range of readers. Authors tell in the opening their aim to bring inspiration by this book not only to specialists but also to readers. They (as potential clients) can use the book to decide whether the cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) could help them with their anxiety or other psychological problems. Alternatively, these persons can find some inspiration in the book to work on themselves.
