The reviewed book in 133 pages clearly summarizes key information about diagnostic methods and their utilization in the area of the work and organizational psychology. Despite the fact the book has “the selection of employees” in its title, the introduced information might be useful even for readers who use diagnostic methods in the organization environment for different purposes.
