The review of the Compendium of Psychological Tests for the Assessment of Adults can be taken as a starting point regarding future development in the assessment of adults in Czechia. It is an essential textbook which is currently the most used at a pregraduate level in courses on assessment. It plays a pivotal role as a source of basic knowledge which is widely deployed by future psychometricians and experts on assessment methods.
