Strategies of stress coping and their reference to other variables by drivers of the salvage and rescue service

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe types of coping strategies by drivers of salvage and rescue service and their reference to other variables (types of temperament, amount of accidents and offences etc.). The results show connections between negative types of coping and high level of neuroticism, further low aspiration level and negative strategies of stress coping etc. These drivers use more often positive stress-coping strategies, have lower level of neuroticism etc.
