Developmental Neuropsychology is a publication that systematically summarizes current knowledge from the dynamically developing field of child neuropsychology, which in the Czech context has so far remained somewhat on the periphery of interest compared to adult neuropsychology and especially gerontoneuropsychology. The author here reviews the latest findings from the neurosciences and simultaneously integrates them with the psychological perspective on human development across the life periods of childhood and adolescence.
