Abstrakt

Cílem přehledové studie je poskytnout základní přehled hlavních teoretických perspektiv výzkumu pracovní motivace, upozornit na klíčové studie a zdůraznit důležité kontroverze. Hlavní pozornost bude věnována koncepci a přínosu self-determinační teorie (self-determination theory, SDT). Oblast pracovní motivace je z pohledu psychologie práce a organizace jedno z nejprobádanějších témat (Deci, Connell, & Ryan, 1989; Latham, 2012). Případné zájemce k problematice pracovní motivace odkazujeme na knižní přehledy a výstupy z výzkumů (např. Ambrose & Kulik, 1999; Diefendorff & Chandler, 2010; Kanfer, Chen, & Pitchard, 2008; Latham & Pinder, 2005; Latham, 2012; Mitchell & Daniels, 2003, Gagné et al, 2014 aj.). V závěru textu budou diskutovány čtyři vybrané směry a témata ve výzkumu pracovní motivace.

Klíčová slova
