The 9th Conference of the International Test Commission (ITC) was held on July 2–5 in San Sebastian, Spain. Its subtitle, “Global and Local Chalenges for Best Practices in Assessment“, was more than suitable for Basque “Donostia” with its nationalistic beliefs, flags, multicultural and bilingual environment. Moreover, proposed ideas challenged also assessment practice in the Czech Republic.
