Two electronic publications bring a missing piece into Czech professional resources for the work and organizational psychology. Although there is simultaneously forming a wide scale of sources for the work psychology for practice and research, for students and professional public it usually aims either at narrowly focused area or it is a monograph dealing with more general theories. Therefore this freely accessible Encyclopaedia of the work psychology brings into this field a well arranged overview of terms and names form the area of the work psychology and provides to the reader a quick orientation in terms itself and also other parameters.
