The authors of the publication, Elena Lisá and Denisa Newman, have been dedicated to this topic for a few years already and at the same time, they both use their gained professional experience, mostly in the area of the work and organizational psychology. Authors clearly and up-to-date present the area of employability of university graduates as well as the selection process and keeping an employee by the employer.
